2. Account & Registration

Having an active account is mandatory to use 8fbb's services. Each user must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, phone number, email address and payment-related information provided during registration must be completely accurate. 8fbb reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process if a user fails to respond to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification request.

2.3 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately at: [email protected].

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

To be eligible to use 8fbb's services, a user must:

• Be legally eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in their country or region.
• Operate the account in their own name and of their own free will — playing on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Funds deposited into the account must come from a legitimate source.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

8fbb fully supports Bangladeshi payment methods — all transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) for the convenience of users.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Methods currently active on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or a security review is ongoing.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The account requesting a withdrawal and the payment method must be registered in the same person's name. Withdrawals will not be sent to third-party accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8fbb offers bonus promotions for its players. However, each bonus has specific conditions that must be fully complied with.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳20,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 in bets required before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, all credits will be cancelled.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred to another account.
• 8fbb reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

8fbb is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent and fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing or placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Playing or betting using another person's account.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the system or steal data.
• Coordinated betting with other users (collusion).

If any such activity is detected, 8fbb may immediately close the account and take legal action. You may report any suspicious activity related to security to us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8fbb platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, sounds and gaming mechanics — is protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute or use these materials commercially without prior permission.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile them.
• Sell or transfer them to third parties.

Use of the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

8fbb makes every effort to keep its services uninterrupted, error-free and secure. However, 8fbb will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to the user's internet connection being lost.
• The user's account credentials being disclosed to a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Technical errors caused by third-party software (game providers).
• Force majeure events — power outages, natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

In any circumstance, 8fbb's total liability shall be limited to the actual balance held in the relevant user's account.

9. Privacy

Protecting users' personal information is one of 8fbb's core commitments. We keep your data secure through SSL encryption and modern security technology. Full details of how data is collected, stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8fbb never sells users' personal information to third parties. Information may be used on a limited basis to operate the service, conduct security checks and meet legal obligations.

10. Policy Changes

8fbb reserves the right to amend, change or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes:

• The date of the change will be displayed at the top of this page under "Last Updated".
• Registered users may be notified by email.
• Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Account Closure

11.1 At the User's Request

Any user may request closure of their account by contacting [email protected]. Any valid balance in the account at the time the request is processed will remain withdrawable; however, bonus credits will be cancelled if bonus-related conditions have not been met.

11.2 By 8fbb

8fbb may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Registration using a false identity or false information.
• The account is proven to belong to a minor.
